Kevin Guffey ~ Senior Minister
Kevin has been married over a quarter of a century to his lovely bride Cindy, who also serves the Crossroads family in multiple capacities. They have four children, all born in Hutchinson, who also love and serve the Lord. They moved to Hutchinson in 1997 and began attending Crossroads, upon the invitation of a coworker, in the spring of 1998. Kevin surrendered his life to Christ and was baptized on May 31, 1998. He served the church as a Deacon for several years, and he and Cindy began a ministry to single parent families. During this same time, with the help of mentors, Kevin learned to spend daily time with God. Through serving and the times with the Lord, he began to sense God leading him to ministry. The company he was working for decided to move his department to Arkansas, and after a time of prayer and fasting, Crossroads extended the offer for Kevin to come on staff. In August of 2005, he left the meat industry and came on staff as Associate Minister. After serving over 13 years in this capacity, he was extended the invitation to become the Senior Minister in January of 2019. Daren Lugafet ~ Student and Associate Minister
Daren and his lovely wife LeAnna and their two kiddos came to Hutchinson from Louisville, KY in 2012. Daren has a bachelor's degree in Ministry and a Master of Christian Ministry from Abilene Christian University, Abilene, TX. You can contact Daren at [email protected].

Lisa Jay ~ Secretary
Lisa joined the Crossroads staff as our secretary in January of 2022. Lisa and her husband, Jeff, have been married for nearly 32 years, and they have five children and three grandchildren. Jeff is a retired Army Chaplain, and he and Lisa moved to Hutchinson in March of 2021 when he accepted the role of chaplain with Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. We are glad to have the Jays in the Hutchinson community and to have Lisa on staff at the church! You can contact Lisa at [email protected].

Missy Hoffman ~ Communications Coordinator
Missy and her family became involved with Crossroads Christian Church through the ministry of Men’s and Women’s Encounter in 2014. They began attending Crossroads in the fall of 2017. Since then, she has served in Women’s Encounter, Women’s Ministry, Worship Team, Adult Bible Classes, and GriefShare. She joined the Crossroads staff in August 2024.
